Aerobic Exercise includes swimming, cycling, walking, using a body ergometer. It comes under endurance activities. Aerobic exercise is performed at a moderate level of intensity over a relatively long period of duration. Aqua Aerobics is a mix of strength and cardio workouts which is done in water. Through aqua aerobics, you can burn 400 to 500 calories per exercise. Zumba is a form of fitness class in which you can burn off calories by dancing to different kinds of music or tunes. It can reduce the risk of heart disease, blood pressure, and bad cholesterol and enhance your good cholesterol.
